The United In Diversity (UID) Foundation was honored to conduct the Conscious Leadership Introduction (COLIN) program at UID Learning Hub with Sumedang Regency. This program explored how leaders can drive self-sustaining progress for a lasting positive impact (Self-Generative Governance for Sustainable Transformation).

Sumedang Regency has shown how digital transformation, combined with empowered and collaborative human resources, can create a thriving digital ecosystem and social innovation. However, the journey continues. The COLIN program addressed how Sumedang can maintain and accelerate its transformation efforts with potential leadership changes.

The program brought together 21 key government officials from Sumedang Regency to:

1. Build scenarios and plan strategies for the future of Sumedang.

2. Deepen their understanding of system dynamics through Causa Loop Diagrams.

3. Develop action plans based on their envisioned future.

4. Practice self-understanding and mindfulness through meditation and journaling, key qualities for conscious leadership.

The program concluded with the signing of the Jakarta Declaration, expressing a collective commitment to Sumedang’s sustainable transformation. Let’s carry forward the spirit of collaboration and shared vision ignited during this program.
