United In Diversity (UID) Foundation collaborated with LAN (Lembaga Administrasi Negara) to design and deliver the first three days of the prestigious ASN Talent Academy 2024 (Bundling Phase) on 3rd-5th July 2024

Forty exceptional young leaders were chosen: 30 by their institutions and 10 from a pool of 10,000 in the Unbundling Phase. These top talents from diverse provinces and institutions across Indonesia embarked on a transformative journey.

The ASN Talent Academy is a unique program fostering future leaders. It combines social, formal, and experiential learning to prepare State Civil Apparatus (ASN) for future bureaucratic leadership roles.

UID focuses on the power of consciousness-based leadership in the public sector. We emphasized collaboration, self-governance, and spiritual well-being for excellent service delivery. Participants are empowered to develop service leadership, strengthening their awareness to lead the transformation of Indonesia's public service system effectively. 

The future is bright! We witnessed an openness and commitment to improve public service. Our materials aim to empower these young ASNs to lead purposefully, driving positive change within their organizations and across Indonesia.
