Forum of Regional Secretaries of Indonesia (FORSESDASI) West Java Chapter
Regional Secretaries (Sekda) are the linchpins of local development—the strategic managers who translate policy into public impact. Last Friday, the United In Diversity Foundation was honored to host the inauguration of the Forum of Regional Secretaries of Indonesia (FORSESDASI) West Java Chapter, uniting 27 Regional Secretaries with provincial leaders and sub-district heads (Camat). This powerful coalition, officially launched by West Java Provincial Secretary Dr. Herman Suryatman, marks a critical commitment to advancing the province through structured collaboration and shared learning.\
Following the inauguration, UID facilitated a reflective dialogue session designed to move beyond formalities. In this space, leaders clarified their shared intentions, deepened awareness of intergovernmental synergy, and realigned around their core purpose: integrated service for the people of West Java. This gathering—and the simultaneous celebration of the 2025 Sub-District Performance Synergy Awards—represents a meaningful step toward a more conscious, connected, and impactful ecosystem of governance across the province.
