We’re thrilled to continue our collaboration with LAN! On 2nd July 2024, UID partnered with LAN (Lembaga Administrasi Negara) for our impactful National Leadership Training (PKN) Tingkat II.

Under the guidance of the Center for Future Knowledge – Happy Digital Transformation (CFK-HDT) teams, 60 esteemed civil servants - heads, directors, deputies, and policy analysts - from across Indonesia joined us for a day of transformative learning. 

Focuses on cultivating leadership integrity and energy leadership. UID explored how consciousness-based leadership, emphasizing self-awareness, systems thinking, and collective well-being, can spark systemic change.

Here’s a glimpse into the training:

- Conscious Leadership: Aligning with core values and vision for a new level of leadership and integrity. 

- Systems Thinking: Using constellation exercises to understand complex systems and identify leverage points for change.

- Mindfulness Practices: Integrating meditation and yoga to enhance self-understanding, a key trait for conscious leaders.
