United In Diversity (UID) Foundation was honored to conduct the ‘Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Nasional (PKN) Tingkat II’ at The National Institute of Public Administration (LAN) Corporate University, themed “Self-Mastery: Leadership Integrity and Energy Leadership”, in Jakarta on Wednesday (2/21)

Conducted by the Center for Future Knowledge – Happy Digital Transformation (CFK-HDT) Program, this session aims to ignite systemic transformation and foster consciousness-based social innovation within the government, enhancing leadership effectiveness, transparency, and accountability. 

This one-day training included 60 high-level civil servants, starting from heads, directors, deputy assistants, and policy analysts, from ministries, central-provincial-municipal-city governments, and organizations across Indonesia.

Through this opportunity, UID also introduces “conscious leadership,” a transformative approach that emphasizes self-awareness, systems thinking, and happiness as the means to the greater good.

We hope this is the beginning of many more collaborations with LAN and other governmental entities as we collectively stride toward a future of impactful leadership and social innovation!
